Slightly less than usual Hens turned up at our familiar Diplo Site.
After my misadventure there last year I am now very cautious to follow correct paper there
and not end up on Henry's hill again.
Front runners ready to start.
Luckily the hares had done a very good job picking up old paper.
Hashhound lead as front horn splendidly blowing the bugle and ran at the same time.

The hares had been kind to us by tacking on a route which managed to avoid the worst hills
in Diplo and took us through a less difficult trail ,maybe they are saving them for a later date.
The weather was kind so we encountered less mud and water than normal.
There were calls for the hashit but people were saved from it.
The shout up was less subdued than normal, with no ftgs .
Miss goody Two Shoes and Gin Trap celebrated 100 and 50 run milestones and reminisced about their first hashes.
